We’re getting news of isolated issues with the Zune HD’s OLED screen not working correctly for new owners. Here’s what to do If your screen is acting like it’s the 1950s.

For starters, much like alcohol addiction, the first step to fixing the problem is realizing that a problem exists. The Zune HD uses an OLED screen, meaning there’s no backlight to not work correctly. For more on the problem here’s a post from the good old’ Zune.net forums. If your screen is flickering then you need to send in your unit.
