Update Oh and just incase this wasn’t enough evidence, Theres no a link to a 64gb Zune over at Zune.net
Just to the left there it clearly shows a third capacity labeled Zune HD 64. You too can check it out in person here. Yes, that does say 64gb, a capacity the ZuneHD does not currently come in. Do I believe it? Not really. It doesn’t make since to make a current generation Zune when it’s widely suspected that the next hardware evolution of the Zune may come later on this year. Then again, I really want one, so let’s hope it is on it’s way. |

March 18th, 2010 at 2:37 amI don’t buy those pics for 1 reason alone. The Zune Software shows it’s a platinum device, the Zune itself is black.
Something is definitely not right there.

Who knows, the image of the physical device may actually be a prototype or “beta” hardware device (just like the Windows Phone 7 devices MS has been showing that was manufactured by ASUS.) MS should be releasing a 64GB version of the Zune, as they will be matching Apple’s device strategy. Especially with WP7 phones releasing in Q4 this year.
